We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

The apartment is located centrally, only 1.7kms to the heart of Subiaco, 1.3kms to Sir Charles Gardiner hospital, Perth Children's hospital, Hollywood private hospital and 3.5kms to Perth city. The free city Cat bus stops right outside and will take you to the city centre.

Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
