Nestled in the heart of the city of Mati, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers driveway parking, and lots of parking spaces in front of the house. House is recently built with an open floor plan, soaring ceilings and huge sliding windows made for relaxation. Please note that this is not a beach house- the Dahican beach and other beaches are at least 15 minutes drive away.

The house has fully air conditioned bed rooms and fully airconditioned living room with complete kitchen wares. Both bedrooms has one queen size bed. Four extra beds will be provided to all confirmed guest. Parking space can accommodate 1 car inside the garage and 1 car along the street . Our unit has a business permit and registered to BIR ( we can also issue OR upon request).
