Monthly Rentals in Materada

Our apartment was on the 2nd floor. So at the top. Check-in was hassle-free. And the check out was uncomplicated. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can even see the sea from the balconies. The air conditioning is really great. The electric shutters are also a plus. The pool is a communal pool that is like a small indoor swimming pool. There is also a sauna next to the pool. But we did not use it. The water from the pool was clean. We loved that our dog was also welcome. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. Washing machine with dryer function, toaster, normal oven plus mini oven, fridge with freezer. Enough pots and pans. The living room is very comfortable. The sea can be easily reached by car. In Novigrad there is a beautiful dog beach with bar and Tolietten. There are also plenty of grocery stores. We felt very comfortable. We can certainly recommend this accommodation. We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Loved our stay at this cottage. Spent most of our time outdoors in the rear pool area. Quiet, private, spacious, lovely warm decent sized pool. Sun in the rear garden all day long, but ample shade areas if needed. We used the pool room for cooking, showering & only slept in the cottage adjacent, at night time. Probably could have manged without the cottage to be fair, as there was only the two of us. We could happily have spent our entire holiday at the poolside without leaving to explore the surroundings, however you need a car to explore from here. Many places to visit within a short distance.
