This beautifully designed villa features two bedrooms—one with a full-size bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a TV. Each bedroom includes nightstands, a full desk, a ceiling fan, a large closet, and a safe. The highlight of this villa is its private patio, where you can relax and take in the stunning mountain scenery. Additionally, a sofa bed allows accommodations for up to five guests.

House has an extraordinary view to “Siare” mountain, which in indigenous Nahuatl language means “the Summit” which protects a primary forest that surrounds Matagalpa city.
