What we offer is a unique view to savor and carry forever in your heart. 15 minutes from Stresa and Arona, the boat to the Borromean Islands, Villa Taranto, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Rocca di Angera. Lake Orta and the Ossola Valleys are also easily accessible 80 km away Milan, a city full of art and culture.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.
