Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Masserberg

We spent a few days at the Teddy and Doll Festival in Sonneberg and stayed here because it is nice and quiet. It was the right decision.

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' vacation home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

The cottage is very quietly located on the outskirts of a village and ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding area. You can hike directly into the mountains from the house. By car, many other interesting destinations in South Thuringia and North Franconia are also quickly accessible. Supermarket and butcher is in the village, discount stores and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a games room with lots of toys for the kids. The communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet any requests. We enjoyed it here. If we are in the area once again we will book the place again.

We were received in a very friendly manner and received an orientation to the accommodation. It had everything we needed for our short trip. Everything was clean and as described. We felt very comfortable. A small, cozy, winding apartment where you feel right at home.

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't lack anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the tranquility in the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

Great stay with Franziska! The bungalow is really great – perfect for the two of us. The small terrace is pleasant, well located, and the pool is also great. The bungalow was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for a getaway. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back !

We had a wonderful time in the tiny house, the surroundings were wonderfully quiet and you can really relax well. The hot tub and small sauna are a very big plus, in addition dogs are also welcome, which we liked very much 😊☀️

I couldn’t recommend more Svenjas plece! It was amazing, the place itself very spacious. It has everything you need for. She hosted as we were at home. We visited with our little one and our dog and we fledged like at home! Definitely would come back again!! Thanks!!

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in, located in the city of Erfurt but in a very calm and relaxing place, we were in the area for work and it was perfect to relax at the end of the day, it has everything you need in the house, Anke, Frank and Kheda are very friendly and good hosts, I really recommend it, thank you

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Nice, clean place to stay. Definitely keeps everything it promises. Even the campsite between the lake and the accommodation was not a problem - everyone was very friendly and quiet.

We stayed with two dogs at Jochen's place. The surroundings are fantastic, you can explore great hiking trails directly from the apartment and for holidays with a dog this apartment and the location is a dream. The apartment is very large and well equipped, nothing is missing. The bed is super comfortable and the quiet location gives you a very relaxing and good sleep. Unfortunately, we did not meet Jochen himself, but his wife is very, very nice and we felt right at home. We would definitely book this place again if we are drawn in that direction again.

We enjoyed it very much, easy check-in, good price-performance ratio. The location is a dream, you immediately feel at home. Slept very well. We will be happy to come back, highly recommended

The stay was great, we felt very comfortable! The castle is a bit cold, but it could be heated in all rooms with a fireplace and there were hot water bottles :-) Really an absolute oasis of well-being. The garden with barbecue and fireplace is amazing and great for cozy campfire evenings :-)

Everything was great, I recommend the apartment! The only nuance is the refrigerator without a freezer, it may be important for someone if you book for a long time)

We spent an extended weekend with Wilma with our dog and were super satisfied. We felt very comfortable in Wilma's special, lovingly furnished house and spent relaxed and slow days. We especially liked the proximity to nature with the dog, the surroundings are really tranquil and there are great walking paths. Wilma described everything very accurately and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back, thanks!

There were two of us with a dog in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. The apartment is cozy, has many sleeping arrangements and guarantees a quiet, relaxing vacation. I'd come back anytime!

The stay was just great! The hosts were extremely nice, helpful and always had great tips for excursions and activities in the area. The atmosphere was very familiar and warm. We felt welcome right away. The apartment is well equipped, the balcony invites you to relax, and despite the great heat outside, it was pleasantly cool inside. Everything was clean, cozy and furnished with love to detail. We felt completely comfortable and had a great time – highly recommended!
