Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

The cottages are close to each other, but each has its own private area: a terrace, a garden, deck chairs, a fire pit, and a hot tub. It's a great place for couples, and when booking several cottages, also for friends or families.

Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
