Here you can enjoy the water, fruit orchards and meadows, as well as beautiful, wild forests. The marina is surrounded by dozens of cycling and walking routes, and it also has its own descent to the water and the jetty.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Large functional kitchenette (microwave, oven, stove, fridge with freezer). The cottage is located on a 5000-meter plot, the area is very quiet. There is a sauna and a banya with a Jacuzzi (extra charge), a fire pit, and a volleyball court. PLEASE NOTE, OUR PLACE IS NOT A PARTY VENUE. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:30 PM TO 6:00 AM

A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
