Wady: - Noise from the road - The water in the lake bloomed and her contact with the skin had unpleasant consequences that passed quickly, I understand that the landlord has no impact on any of the above. Pros: - the house has everything you need, 2 adults, 4 children, a dog and it was great, - backyard - large, spacious and well-maintained - The lake is beautiful, kayak, and the boat are doing a great job - beautiful neighborhood - Mr. Stanisław was great introducing and attending, in addition, he gave us some useful information about the area, I sincerely recommend

Beautiful neighborhood, clean in the cottage, everything you need and the appliances are working and high quality. The area adjacent to the cottage is large and you can find everything a person could need in such a place - a fire pit with a comfortable grate, hammocks, sun loungers, a shed with benches, a sauna, etc. We had a fire ready for us, and the barrel next to the sauna was filled with fresh water to cool off. Overall, I don't think it's any better. The only thing you can stick to is wifi, but it's because of its location (poor reception). It's enough for simple things, but I don't recommend it if someone wants to work remotely and needs to download large files. It's better to come without such tasks and enjoy this beautiful place to the fullest 😉

The accommodation was nice. We had some communication issues with the host at times, but these things can happen. He apologized for it, which was a very mature response. Overall, I recommend it.

The cottage is fantastic and very functional and the owner is very helpful at every stage of the stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can't get bored there. Highly recommend for families.

Very helpful host, was ready to help, but not intrusive. Was very quick to respond and asked for our feedback right away. The place is stunning, quiet, quite easy to find taking into account that is it is off main roads. Lots of old and young trees, we were there in April, everything in bloom, lost of birds including bigger like swans, cranes. A selection of things to do on the premises, all needed equipment there, great access to lake.

It was a great pleasure to stay for us! We rested amazingly - the cottage is located on a large plot of land, surrounded by greenery, ponds, and lakes. Slow life in the most beautiful character! The place is very well-equipped - both the cottage and the backyard. We had a grill, a fire pit, high-quality outdoor furniture, and even a sauna. The cottage had all the necessary appliances for preparing meals, as well as an induction hob, an electric kettle, and a fridge with a freezer. The mattress is comfortable, the bedding is clean and fresh. The overall very positive impression of the cottage is greatly influenced by his host - Łukasz, who even before his arrival called us with the question "what we expect and whether to prepare anything for us", greeted us on the spot and every day looking at his cottages, stopping to talk to us. A very positive person, full of life wisdom and an aura of peace. Thank you so much! We'll be back! Monika&Maciej

The stay at Nowa Jedlanka was very nice, surrounded by nature and silence (most of the time). The hut was a middle one of three huts on the property but still rather private. the property was well prepared for guests: fireplaces, sport activity spots, hammocks, also anti-insects prevention. The hut was well-equipped with furniture, clean and comfortable. A very friendly and helpful owner of the place. Great city beach close by - small, not crowded with a little bistro. The only cons - a bit of issues with electricity in the hut and the sauna which was very nice as a general idea, with a wood stove but it's floor is not well isolated so even with high temperature inside, yr feet could still stay cold. The place is a little off the beaten path, but also not in the middle of it. Close to the river, close to Warsaw and like a summer. New cottages, you can see that it is well-maintained, perfectly clean, equipped with well equipped kitchen utensils, heated. Additional activities like a sauna or banya perfect for walkaging. A place for those who want to relax outside the city, but don't roam all over Poland.

The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. There was no living soul there during the week. The cottage is not on the main road, so there is only the sounds of nature. The look of the cottage is analogous to the photos. Inside, basic amenities are enough to prepare food. Near the cottage there is a hammock, a swing, a small birch tree, and a lot of space. A very kind and helpful host. The only thing we didn't like was encouraging us to "extra experiences" including the hot tub, which the listing says is included. At the same time, without informing us that they are charged extra. 200 zlotys for one evening in a hot tub or sauna is quite excessive. In addition, there is a second cottage on the plot - it is worth asking if there will be no second guests at the same time. Still, we recommend it!

It was nice and cosy

Comfortable cottages in a fenced area. There is a fire pit, grill, benches, swings, playgrounds, slackline. About a 10-minute walk through meadows and a forest beach on the lake of Leśna Ryba resort.

Everything is great , the river , the sauna. No matter what, please be careful that the barbeque is a plant, but you can pay the card so there were no problems with that.

Great host. Mr. Jacek and his wife were very helpful and flexible about check-in and checkout times. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. I highly recommend it.

A large room, everything we needed was there, a well-connected place, close to bus and tram stops. For us, the location was perfect, clean, and cozy. Seamless check-in process. I recommend :)

Very pleasant and unusual holiday. A floating cottage can swim and moor in a secluded mmis to make a barbecue. I also managed to make a bonfire. Inside, there's everything you need to live: an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, hot water. It's nice to be on the water, and I find it appealing too. As we sail just a little further from the harbor, we find a secluded, tree-lined place away from people. At the same time, you can get to the cottage by public transport, which I also consider an car. The host is friendly and helpful - he provided good advice, and his advice made it easier for me to acclimatize to the cottage. If someone wants to spend a night or a few nights in a different place than usual, the floating cottage is definitely for them :) It's also worth considering swimming for a few days :) I think so, especially since you don't need to have a sailor's patent to bounce off the shore :)

We had an incredible stay at Tomasz’s cabin at Lake Zbiczno! Our group of six adults and a baby found the cabin to be very spacious with incredibly comfy beds. The peaceful and quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin is conveniently located just 3 minutes walk from the lake, where we enjoyed kayaking and biking. The area is a bit hilly, but cycling around the lake took only an hour at an easy pace and was absolutely delightful. One of our favorite features was the Weber grill, which made for some fantastic outdoor meals. The terrace provided shade for most of the afternoons, making it an excellent spot to unwind. Although we had a slight challenge finding the place due to inaccurate GPS directions, we got there easily after asking a local for help. Overall, Tomasz’s cabin exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat by the lake. Thank you, Tomasz, for a wonderful stay!

The host, Marzena, is a very nice, warm person who has done everything from the beginning to make us feel at home. The home was perfectly prepared, clean, and well-equipped. Contact with the owner was great – always available, helpful, and really involved. Our stay was absolutely seamless and very enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be back :)

Drzemalik was wonderful friendly person! We completely relaxed there. There were several extra facilities for relaxation.
