Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Located in the heart of the Brudzeń Landscape Park, on a fenced plot with its own shoreline on Lake Józefowo, it provides tranquility, privacy, and space for relaxation. Guests can enjoy a deck, a large gazebo with a grill, a fire pit, a sauna, a hot tub, billiards, air hockey, table tennis, a tree house, a SUP board, and bicycles.
