Cozy Cabin on the Creek- bring your kayak!

Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

A lush garden area features a variety of tropical plants, including flowering white orchids and large green foliage. Caladiums with pink and white patterns complement the greenery, creating a vibrant and biodiverse landscape surrounded by palm plants and old trees.

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. New studio /efficiency located in attached guesthouse above the garage. This is a private space with a separate entrance centrally located in Wilmington. Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. This rental is well appointed with small kitchenette (no oven), full bathroom and king size bed. 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Located at the on the top floor (3rd story) on corner of W. Salisbury Street and N. Lumina, it doesn’t get any more convenient than this. Located on the same block as Johnny Mercer’s famous fishing pier, you will enjoy your days in the waves and top off the evenings with spectacular sunset views.

Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.

Good place to stay. Easy and convenient to get in and around the area. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good basic place. They were very communicative and responded quickly. When I asked for additional coffee they were happy to oblige.

We really enjoyed staying here! Conveniently located right in the middle between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, about 15 minutes drive to either. The house is tucked away in a corner of the hosts property with plenty of space and privacy. The space itself was very clean and had nice amenities, and we were surprised with freshly baked bread and eggs from the hosts farm, a super nice touch! Kristen was very responsive and helpful, including providing an extensive list of local recommendations for dinner when we asked. We definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, Charlene’s place was very cozy and felt right at home! Charlene was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to everything around!

Loved my stay, it’s a chill spot between the beach and downtown.

Me and my family loved our stay at Sarah’s house! My 5 and 7 year old boys had lots of space to run around and play in the back yard and it was a short walk over to Long Leaf Park where they could play on the big playground. It was a great central location for our adventures to the Fort Fisher aquarium, Wrightsville Beach, USS North Carolina battleship and lots of restaurants downtown. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Loved every minute of our stay!

Only about 20 mins away from downtown Wilmington. We liked that the neighborhood was quiet and I’m sure the backyard/dock will be amazing when they are done with it!

The home is very spacious and the neighborhood was extremely quiet during our stay. Close to the ocean, even if you encounter a little traffic over the bridge and 20 minutes or less to down town. Check-in and check-out was clear and quick.
