Sull'Appennino Tosco Emiliano, a 7 km da Borgo Val di Taro sorge Slow Hill, si trova la nostra casa in collina. Abbiamo a disposizione una stanza privata con il letto matrimoniale e il bagno. La stanza con ingresso indipendente è ricavata in una taverna con le pareti in sasso e le travi in vista. E' un ambiente sempre fresco d'estate, molto accogliente, ideale per le coppie in cerca di relax e quiete della campagna. In cortile a 10 metri dalla taverna abbiamo allestito un angolo cottura esterno.

Corina and John were exceptionally welcoming,extremely knowledgeable on the area . such quiet and tranquil surroundings which was much needed coming from London for a lovely break. we can't wait to come back and stay again. Wow!!! Wat een prachtige locatie hoog in de bergen boven Genua. Een oase van rust in een prachtig 19e eeuws voirmalig buitenverblijf van rijke Genuese kooplui. Host Anonietta, Roberto en kleine Francesco laten je volledig thuis voelen. Grandioos Italiaans ontbijt met veel zelfgemaakt gebak (de hand van Anonietta) en heerlijke lokale producten. Bij het prachtige pand hoort een heerlijke tuin waar je heerlijk in de zon of schaduw tot rust kunt komen. Kamers zijn prachtig en voorzien van een top badkamer. Een aanrader voor mensen die even willen ontwaakte!

Sebastiano e Rosalba sono degli host straordinari. Immerso nella tranquillità della campagna piacentina, il loro B&B è un angolo di pace perfetto per staccare dalla routine. Dopo un breve tratto sterrato si raggiunge la bellissima proprietà. La casa è curata in ogni dettaglio, con un’atmosfera autentica e familiare. Si percepisce l’amore che mettono in ogni gesto: dalla colazione ricca di prodotti locali ai consigli sinceri su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Il giardino è un vero gioiello, alberi da frutto, angoli ombreggiati, e persino qualche sdraio per godersi il silenzio e il panorama. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato era pulita, arredata con gusto semplice e molto comoda. Un soggiorno che sa di casa, ma con quel tocco speciale. Tornerei sicuramente e la prossima volta più a lungo.

In life there is no gain without pain! The pain is the access along a rough track…….but when you arrive at the oasis that is Casseta Bianca and met by Cristina and Sergio the gain is immeasurable! Although only 2 night there it was soooo relaxing. Sergio’s spoken English was near perfect and we talked about the property and area. This is THE place to stay for peace and quiet in a well appointed accommodation. We will be back.

We had a wonderful and quiet time in this peaceful cottage. It's surrounded by nature and perfect to get away from your normal life. All around the cottage is a beautiful forrest and you can start hiking directly from your front door. Or you drive a little bit up the mountain for another wonderful hike. When you open the window you can hear the next mountain creek and the birds. Alessandro and Linda are wonderful hosts and take great care of the place and of their guests. We're looking forward for the next time.
