Monthly Rentals in Martin Township

We loved our stay in the pineapple cottage. She did a great job decorating the home and made it cozy. We also enjoyed cookies and champagne which was a nice touch from the host. We would definitely be excited to stay here again!

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

Melissa was an excellent hostess. Everything was exactly as described and private. She responded quickly to my texts. Melissa even left out a few amenities for us in case we forgot. I found this very thoughtful, exceeding my expectations. We did not use the sauna, but it was nice. We were looking for a quiet place to stay while attending a nearby festival and this was perfect!

This is our second stay in a 2 week period. The loft is outstanding. Adam communicated extremely well. Highly recommend these accommodations
