Appartement parfaitement situé en plein centre-ville, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Plusieurs cafés, restaurants et magasins sont à proximité. Quartier sécurisé et calme. Logement propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Le co-host est très gentil et était réactif à toutes nos sollicitations. Mention spéciale, Internet rapide pour travailler ou streaming. Je recommande sans hésiter pour les longs et courts voyages !

Great experience, the check in was smooth easy to find the place , panoramic views, very close to the center and everything we needed , very large place , also we loved the bakery shop outside , we will definitely come back again , highly recommended

El apartamento de Impaca es cómodo, bien situado y con una excelente señal wifi. Es fresco, ideal para los meses calurosos, y muy céntrico en el barrio del Ensanche. Muy recomendable.

Omar is a very kind, attentive and helpful host. Quick answers whenever we needed anything! The apartment was big and clean, the only thing was missing, there was no tea or coffee in the apartment, as well no shower accessories but we had some with us.

Alquiler recomendable. Hemos ido 3 parejas y muy espacioso el apartamento. Al principio puedes pensar que vas a estar lejos pero andas 10 minutos y enseguida estás en la medina. Bloque tranquilo, zona silenciosa para dormir. Piso amplio, 2 cuartos de baño...

On a passé un excellent séjour a cabonegro, l'accueil était magnifique et Md. Khadija était a l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour, la résidence est très bien entretenu ainsi que l'appartement. je recommande vivement

Cadre agréable un mélange Terre-Mer, au cœur de la nature tout en étant à proximité des plus belle plage de la région, hôte très accueillant et disponible on reviendra sans aucune hésitation. Merci beaucoup Afifa.

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Alloggio molto comodo per la vicinanza della spiaggia, posto molto bello e tranquillo. Punto forte dell'appartamento sicuramente la terrazza che affaccia sul mare. Host molto gentile e premuroso. Vacanza con due bambini molto rilassante. Sicuramente da ripetere

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

La casa nos ha encantado. Es amplia, confortable,fresca y decorada con detalles que no te dejan indiferente. La cocina, los baños y el comedor están perfectamente equipados. Su localización es magnífica, dentro de la Medina lo que en algunos momentos puso a prueba nuestro sentido de la orientación. Agradecemos el compromiso de Victoria y José Luis para que todo funcionara correctamente, desde la recepción y entrega de llaves hasta nuestra salida, gestiones realizadas por Khadija a quien deseamos mostrar nuestro agradecimiento. En fin, esta magnífica casa contribuyó de forma notable a que nuestro viaje a Tetuán haya sido tan grato.

Très bonne expérience avec cet hôte qui a su être réactif pour répondre à nos besoins. Le logement est très bien situé, à moins de 5 min à pied de la plage de Kabila. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

A special mention goes to Redouan, our host. He was incredibly communicative and attentive, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. His warmth and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. Overall, I highly recommend Costa Mar Apartment for anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free vacation. I recently completed a stay at this great studio apartment, and it was a good experience. The location is superb (just across the road from the beach). The facilities were good, and everything was very clean upon my arrival. The owner Mohamed, was incredibly communicative and responsive, and the staff at the apartment complex were friendly and always available to assist. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
