Perfectly located apartment in the city center, ideal for discovering the city on foot. Several cafes, restaurants and shops are close by. Secure and calm area. Clean, well-equipped, and as advertised. Small bathroom but functional. The co-host is very kind and was responsive to all our requests. Special mention, fast internet for work or streaming. I recommend it without hesitating for long and short trips!

Omar is a very kind, attentive and helpful host. Quick answers whenever we needed anything! The apartment was big and clean, the only thing was missing, there was no tea or coffee in the apartment, as well no shower accessories but we had some with us.

Recommended rental. We were 3 couples and the apartment was very spacious. At first you might think you're going to be far away, but you walk 10 minutes and you're right in the medina. Quiet block, quiet area to sleep. Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms...

Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Very comfortable accommodation due to the proximity of the beach, a very nice and quiet place. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace overlooking the sea. Very kind and caring host. Very relaxing vacation with two children. Definitely worth repeating

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We loved the house. It is spacious, comfortable,fresh and decorated with details that do not leave you indifferent. The kitchen, bathrooms and dining room are perfectly equipped. Its location is magnificent, inside the Medina, which at times put our sense of orientation to the test. Thank you for the commitment of Victoria and José Luis to make everything work properly, from the reception and key handover to our departure, managed by Khadija to whom we wish to show our appreciation. In short, this gorgeous house made a remarkable contribution to our trip to Tetouan being so grateful.

I recently completed a stay at this great studio apartment, and it was a good experience. The location is superb (just across the road from the beach). The facilities were good, and everything was very clean upon my arrival. The owner Mohamed, was incredibly communicative and responsive, and the staff at the apartment complex were friendly and always available to assist. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
