Nice little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a conservatory and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbor, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

A modern wood-burning stove is positioned in the room, providing warmth and light. Adjacent, a floor lamp with a pleated shade stands next to a small table and chairs. The wooden floor enhances the simple, inviting space, leading towards a softly lit area in the background.

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to create the setting for a cozy and relaxing base when you are visiting our lovely Ærø in the south Funen archipelago. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

You make the house nice and clean when you leave, the house has everything you need in the kitchen also finally cleaning. Smoking is only allowed outside. Note: the dishwasher must be emptied before departure!

A very cozy, lovingly, tastefully decorated house. Perfect for us. Beautiful little front yard/terrace. Everything clean and pleasant. We felt very comfortable.

Thanks again for the opportunity to rent the house from Tine and Tai. It was now the second time I could stay there and last year everything was fine. There was nothing missing, the house is simply so nice and you can really relax even though the house is in the middle of the city. Tine responds quickly and you soon feel "at home".

Super cozy house and lovely charming garden where we enjoyed sitting. Located right by the harbor where we had family reunions at the Machine Factory. We had a fantastic weekend in the house, Marstal and Ærø!!

We had a lovely stay at the nice home. It's cozy and has everything you need. The house is within walking distance to the rest of Marstal city, and we especially enjoyed the small bread cabinet, 'Franz Brød', down by the harbor, where Thursday to Sunday there was fresh baked goods.

Nice house. Cozy area. Cozy courtyard/terrace that we unfortunately did not get to use due to the weather. Well-equipped kitchen. We have had some wonderful days on Ærø.
