Fantastic holiday home with seaview, located in the attractive area close to the beach at Mommark Marina. The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Boligen er placeret i skønne omgivelser tæt på strand og fine muligheder for gå/løbeture i omegnen. En helt unikt gåtur er på Thurø Rev. Der er udgang fra terrasse på førstesalen med udsigt til vandet der ligger i 300 meters afstand. Boligen er i to plan og mindre husdyr er tilladt. Boligen ligger i 5 km afstand fra Svendborgs bymidte med et righoldigt kulturliv. Selve huset er med køkken/alrum og med stue og soveværelse på førstesalen. Haven indhegnet således mindre hunde kan være i haven.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.lejere har hele hus og have for sig selv. Hunde velkommen. Egeskov slot, Gorilla klatre park. Skovhuggeren Danmarks bedste mtb spor. Zoologisk have og mange andre ting i nærheden. Mange lækre badestrande inden for 15 min i bil. Bager, indkøb, slagter, pizza, og blomsterhandler i gå afstand. 30 min. I bil til Odense centrum. 12 min til svendborg. 500 meter til togstation. Håndværkere velkommen. Elbil lader betaling efter forbrug til dagspris
