Family-friendly vacation rentals in Marseille

An exceptional setting! What a great chance to spend the night in such an incredible place. 😍 Very picturesque, good comfort and above all a sublime view of the Mediterranean and Marseille, with small, easy and quick access to the sea. We would have stayed longer! Thanks to Bruno for hosting us and for his recommendations, we ate very well at La Pergola in Niolon, 15 minutes' drive away. We'll be back!!!

This place was perfect for my friends and I! Although it was on the top floor, there was an elevator to accommodate and air conditioning to keep the place cool. Bedrooms were all equipped and bathrooms as well. Airbnb is located right on the old port, so it was very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and go on our guided snorkeling tour we booked! Jerome and Lea were both super helpful with all of our questions, and responded quick when needed. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Marseille, and would rebook if I found myself here again!

Very pleasant and comfortable 3-4 day stay for two in Caroline's home. The apartment is well located with nearby shops. It is very atypical, duplex, with 100% vintage decor, its terrace and air conditioning are real pluses! It is incredibly quiet, in a cul-de-sac, which is very nice! In short, you feel really good there. The exchanges with Caroline went very well, thank you again for the "Check-in" which could be done before the time.

Ideally located in Estaque, the small terrace is very pleasant and quiet. Patricia was very flexible, responsive and pleasant. Thank you for everything!

Large and bright apartment, in a very quiet residence, a few steps from the beaches. Laurent's instructions were very clear, making check-in easy. The space in the indoor parking of the residence is a real plus. Very pleasant stay

Quiet apartment, good location and well furnished with soothing views of the bay - shops at the foot of the residence as well as 2 well-served bus lines nearby (unlimited bus card for 7 days at €15 including to go to Cassis) - easy and pleasant communication with Laurence, very responsive and caring - in short, a very good place to discover Marseille and the Calanques!

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

Great place to stay, great location near train and bus station.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

Very good experience for our first time with Airbnb. The apartment is very functional and super well located for visiting Marseille. The private parking space and the bus stop right outside the apartment are a real plus. Thanks to Emmanuelle and Renaud for their availability. 🙂

This house was beautiful. Our family group (4 kids and 4 adults) had a great time in the house. There was plenty of room, lots of places to sit and have privacy but also several choices to all sit as a family for meals or talking. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was also very nice for preparing meals with everyone we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Elisa and Gerard as hosts.

A small oasis in the middle of a beautiful wild garden with a fine terrace for barbecuing. The view was also wonderful. We felt very comfortable! The hostess is very friendly, eager and always accommodating. Thank you.

Great place to stay while visiting Marseilles. The location is top notch, the presence of listed amenities were really helpful. The vibrance from outside the window is something else to cherish for. Danielle was always responsive with anything we asked for, a great host indeed.

Great stay! The Airbnb is in a quiet area, and we have access to the tram on foot (the city center is 20 minutes away). The Airbnb is clean and tidy, there is a lot of equipment and a great terrace! Isabelle was very kind and attentive, always ready to respond to our requests and questions! I would highly recommend :)

I can only agree with what has been written by previous guests. Marie Claude’s apartment is very nice. It is tastefully decorated and located in a quiet part of Marseille. Marie Claude and Laurent were very welcoming and live in the same building. This felt like a big plus compared to other more generic rentals that are on the market. The icing on the cake was the balcony where one easily could spend hours and hours and hours … Would come there again.
