Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well-equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. The location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

Sophie's vacation home is beautiful. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you might need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we felt comfortable quickly. We would come back anytime.

We were very well hosted by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The place was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was right in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid bringing in too much sand, that was great. Private parking as well. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Very well-located accommodation. With this view!!!! The road to cross and we're at the beach! Great with a child. Shops nearby. We park the car and everything can be done on foot! Sarah is very welcoming.

Lovely apartment, fab location, so close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Loved the local wildlife. A beautiful sunrise every morning. Rene was responsive to all correspondence and Henri who welcomed us, was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Even with the language barrier, we had no problems at all. Would recommend this top floor apartment to everyone!!

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Olivier is such a wonderful host! Thoughtful, communicative and knowledgeable and he regularly checkedin us.. The apartment was spotless well stocked with anything you need for a stay. There is air-conditioning in the apartment that works perfectly but the fan was enough. The apartment is right on the marina so peaceful watching boat sail by. The area is safe quiet with restaurant options and supermarket near. The bus line is less that a 6 minute walk that connects you to the city. The beach is also so close to the apartment everything is well suited. This has been a lovely experience thank you Olivier!.

We had a fantastic stay in Sète thanks to Eric and Vu. Their place was spotless, beautifully styled, and in a great location. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great tips and making us feel right at home. Truly kind hosts who went above and beyond, highly recommended!

Here it was easy to enjoy. We were personally welcomed by Gaëtan and received recommendations pointed out on the map. The family's cats visited us on the terrace and above all one of them was very cuddly. The house has a quiet and secluded location. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit outside in the evening because of mosquitoes, but we enjoyed yoga outside in the sun in the morning instead.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the property. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded kindly and quickly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a toddler. You can also quickly get to shopping and Montpellier from the property by car (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would love to come again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Perfect accommodation matched the listing. Quick access to the beach, city center with quick access on foot or by car with free parking nearby. Great for a vacation in the sun and quiet in a private residence. I would recommend it, I would definitely come back.
