We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We won't hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thank you!

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Nathalie and Pierre welcomed us with open arms, smiling, very sociable, friendly, courteous and polite, while being discreet and attentive, they are two absolutely precious people full of common sense who make a good start to a stay. A small welcome gift and a quick but complete tour of the house. They also provided us with a few services worthy of a premium service. The house is already pretty in the photos, and in reality, it is even more beautiful, the layout is very tasteful and very qualitative without superficial fuss like GiFi, the absolutely impeccable and irreproachable amenities, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the pool is just great. 3 terraces so always a shady area and a sunny area. Outdoor table under pergola, very convenient in summer. Tiny hiccup: 1% of road users have to pull their mechanics down the speed bump, it's unbearable.

We were very well settled! Nice studio, as described. The fenced and grassy garden is a real plus especially for the dog! Perfect location for walks between city, sea and pond. Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful little well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and quick to respond. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the locked courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again anytime.

The appartment is lovely, very light and comfortably furnished. Great aircon in a heatwave! Both Philippe and his wife were helpful and flexible. The centre of Marseillan was less than a 10 min walk but the road itself was quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay.

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Very pleasant stay in April and with good weather. Arrival with a very good welcome from the concierge who called us on the way to arrange the time. Very clean and complete accommodation, no sheets or towels but agreed in advance. Terrace for impeccable meals. There were 3 of us so enough space. Perfect bedding. Secure parking. We had a great time! The place was spacious, clean and perfectly suitable for 4 adults. As described. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient, and we were able to enjoy the beachfront restaurants, accessible in 15 minutes by car. The host is very attentive and the neighbor was available and very friendly, which added a warm touch to our stay. We strongly recommend!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We were delighted with our stay at Christian's. The house on three floors is very nice, and large. The rooms are very spacious and there is plenty of storage, the bedding is very comfortable. There are independent toilets on each level. We also enjoyed the terrace and the foosball. The house is located on a quiet street, shops are just 10 minutes' walk away, and the port is 15 minutes away. The garage for two cars is a real plus. Christian is a friendly, available and responsive host, the check-in was perfect. A special mention for the smile and kindness of Mariette who also welcomed us.
