Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Diemelsee region. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking. With small garage (ideal for bicycles). In winter: Slope in Willingen easily accessible by car for skiing or tobogganing. LOCATION In the middle of the Hochsauerland. The house is situated in a small quiet village directly on the federal road (behind the road the railway line runs to the nearby Bf Beringhausen and then comes the water "Hoppecke"). There are several bridges over the Hoppecke, so hikes can start directly from the house.

Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

An ideal starting point for sightseeing tours to the nearby sights of the city or hikes on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg.

Our house is very quietly surrounded by forests, beautiful hiking trails, lakes (14 km to Möhnesee) and ski resorts (about 30 minutes to Winterberg). Nevertheless, nice restaurants, the Warsteiner brewery with brewery and other local attractions can be reached in just 10-15 minutes. The balcony, terrace with hammock and fireplace invite you to relax.
