Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Accommodation is non-smoking,heating and hot water included it is a hamlet with very little quiet dwelling close to vineyard. The car is necessary
