Everything was great, one of the best stocked places we’ve ever stayed. Perfect for our group and would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I were looking for a getaway place for our family- two in college and senior in high school. This beautiful getaway home was exactly what we needed! Tucked away off the grid is this escape- cooking together, kayaking, fire pit with music and laughs and music, eating dinner on the deck, kids reconnecting on the hammock, talking and sharing, sleeping- we got to unplug from our busy lives - left us filled up. We LOVED it was away from everything (bring groceries so you don’t have to leave), got to visit Dells for shopping n boat tour and Devils Lake but couldn’t wait to come back to this Waterfront Escape home for family time. Don’t hesitate to book this home- hosts Julie and Matt thought of everything (we forgot wood) and there’s so much room and many TVs if you need them! Our kids asked us to remember this place -We can’t wait to come back! 💜

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! You can truly feel the love and care that went into creating this experience. We had family visiting us from the San Francisco Bay Area, and they absolutely fell in love with both the house and the state. The game room was amazing and kept both the adults and kids entertained for hours. The cozy home theater was another great spot to relax and unwind. While we didn’t get to spend much time at the firepit or patio, both were beautifully set up and inviting. Overall, it was an incredible experience. We highly recommend this home for groups and families. Plus, Wisconsin Dells is just a short drive away—we spent a fun day at the waterparks and go carting there and loved it!

We had a wonderful , relaxing few days. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views from the river bank and everything was very peaceful and quiet. We managed to catch some nice sized catfish, a few drum, and some bluegill despite the water level being low. We powered through a few storms but they passed quickly and brought some much needed rain to the area. We’ve stayed at a few places on the Fox river in the immediate area and this place offers more privacy which is a plus for our group. We will definitely return.

ABSOLUTELY beautiful, very peaceful It rain 2 days out of our stay but the cabin was so cozy that we enjoyed playing board games I will highly recommend this beautiful home

Nice, quiet, spacious room. Walkable to pool and restaurant. Decent prices and many food choices on menu. We all enjoyed our dinner. Pool area was clean and the kids had fun in there. Easy and clear check in and check out instructions. Would recommend as it was much more cost effective than staying at one of the waterpark hotels if looking for a nice place to stay short term.

Nice place! Easy to get to and right in the middle of the dells with a great view of the river. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for a quick trip to the dells. It was clean and the staff were super nice. Amir was quick in responding and very helpful.

The Chateau (Robin's place) was just perfect for the three of us. It's peaceful rural location was beautiful and especially accessible for our hiking segments and connecting routes of the Ice Age Trail. It's also close enough to Baraboo, Sauk City, Merrimack, Prairie du Sac and even Madison...so you can explore small towns, villages and city life if you want or just soak in the beauty of the rolling hills in the driftless region. Our accomodations were just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were spotless. We were able to communicate with Robin easily. We also had an extra vehicle that she allowed us to park. We stayed there 3 times! Highly recommend it!

Annes's property is perfect for a stay in the Beaver Dam area. Right on the lake, private, near the main streets with small shops and restaurants. The place is very clean, with all the accoutrements needed in the kitchen, plus nice bathroom products. The queen bed is very comfortable. (TV in bedroom; also one in living area.) Anne and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We were there for the Arts and Peony Festival weekend (June), with lots of activities, including the Taste of Wisconsin. Very attractive town. I highly recommend Anne's property.

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff was very responsive. Space was roomy & comfortable. Pool was very warm & large. Bummed there wasn't a hot tub, but at least the pool was warm. Kitchen has lots of pots, pans, etc. Microwave, toaster, coffee pot (but no coffee grounds & the filters didn't fit the pot).

We had a great weekend at the cabin. There were a couple of issues upon our arrival with cleanliness, but Max was very responsive in addressing the issues. We were the first guests of the season and his cleaning staff didn't do a good job of opening the cabin for guests. This was out of Max's hands and he was very receptive with the information given to him and will be making sure this never happens moving forward. The cabin itself is comfortable and has everything needed for a great time. The view of the lake from inside is STUNNING! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

So, relaxing, cute, cozy, came home from fishing all day, was so nice just to relax on the couch with fireplace on. Way better than staying at a motel. So glad I treated myself to this place.

BEAUTIFUL location! We absolutely loved it here! It was quiet, peaceful & absolutely enjoyed the backyard especially the creek in the back. Right next to Cave Creek if you’re looking to do some trout fishing (with the creek even in the backyard!) Also by a lot of other great fishing spots. The cabin was super cozy & had lots of space to sleep. We also loved being right outside the dells area so we could truly enjoy the nice seclusion. We really loved it here & would love to come back again! Thank you! ❤️

Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Pics accurately depict the house. Flexible check-in /out. Quiet, pretty area with nice neighbors. Convenient location - less than 2 mile drive or walk into downtown Montello. Grocery store nearby + Kwik Trip 2 miles away. Just under an hour drive from Madison airport. WiFi worked well which as important as was working remotely for part of the stay. The instructions for using the keyless entry were slightly inaccurate and had to text the host - she was very responsive and talked me through the correct way, and I suggested she update the instructions for accuracy. (Need to press the check mark, then enter code, then press the check mark again)

We loved our stay. From the moment we reserved the Lilikoi to our checkout, Daryl was very attentive and responsive. It blew us away on how peaceful it was there. My girlfriend’s son rode a bike for the first time without training wheels, went kayaking for his first time, and learned archery. There was a lot of wildlife and we spent most of our time around the camp fire and surrounding woods. Dog friendly trails and lodging. Do yourself a favor a book a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

Super cute place, we loved it was away from the hustle of the tourist area , We felt like as guests we were treated as wanted and welcomed guests, fire pit ready and available and super cute game room , you do share the game room with guests from the other cabin, it just depends your openness to share your space with strangers , we bought pizza to come back in the game room but saw the other cabin guests and their kids were in there so we ate our pizza in our cabin, usually we are pretty social but just wanted adult time with wine and food. Our cabin was perfect for 3 people could’ve used one more chair in the kitchen maybe? We loved the woodsy vibe and decor. The towels were awesome, and futon so comfortable with a nice tv. My MIL came with and she is in her 90s the cabin was very assessable for her, may want to bring your own drinking water . Briggsville is super cute tiny town and the local coffee shop is beautiful and the coffee so good. Locals were friendly and helpful.
