Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out

We invite you to have a restful break at our cosy and well-equipped cottage, situated on a quiet back street in the centre of New Mills. A minute's walk from cafes, restaurants, pubs and a great chippy, as well as a short walk from Torrs Riverside Park and the Sett Valley trail, which leads you further into the Peak District towards Kinder Scout. The cottage is perfect as a base for walkers, runners and families looking for a relaxing break in nature.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
