Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

A spacious outdoor area is observed, featuring well-maintained grassy lawns and a variety of trees providing shade. Colorful flowering shrubs add accents to the landscape, creating a serene environment for relaxation. The area is surrounded by a low fence, enhancing privacy.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

A modern kitchen features sleek countertops and built-in cooktops. Light streams through large glass doors, illuminating the space and creating a bright atmosphere. The doors lead to a covered loggia outside, enhancing the connection to the view beyond.

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.

We had a really nice stay in Parma at Le Mura. The location was quiet in a lovely neighborhood outside of the center but still walkable or an easy bus ride to the center. The apartment was clean and spacious - more than enough for the two of us. It was obvious that much thought and style went in to the renovation and selection of furnishings. Communication with the host was efficient and prompt. Wish we had stayed longer!
