The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Apartment located on the 1st floor of a stone house from the early 1900s, in Castelnovo né Monti in the center on the main street, renovated with attention to detail, warm and welcoming environment. You will find: an entrance; a kitchen with an oven, a washing machine, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a fridge and everything you need to cook; a living area with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a balcony; a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk; a bathroom with a shower.

The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
