Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

We had a great vacation. The view of the house was very nice, although there were houses around, it was very quiet and in a location in nature. Since there are markets nearby, we had no trouble at all. The house was spotless and had items that might be needed. We saw goats and squirrels around the house, it was very enjoyable.

We really, really liked. The view is amazing.Caring and attentive owner. Solved all the issues. Very cozy.

It was a tremendous place for peace and tranquility. Ms. Pınar was very caring and polite, she quickly gave useful answers to our questions. Everything was as shown in the photos, we will definitely visit again. 🤗

The location of the house is very nice. As in the pictures. Easy to get around. 15 minutes to Bozburun, 30 minutes to Selimiye. 8 people can stay comfortably.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

Very clean house and very friendly host, meets all expectations, better than in the photos, I would return without hesitation

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

I would especially recommend this cute house, where we spent three wonderful days with my family, to nuclear families or small groups. Mr. Ayhan is a very friendly and helpful host, we thank him. Our garden, pool was all very pleasant and peaceful. Everything was as seen in the photos, the kitchen supplies were so many that we used the dishwasher very comfortably. It was comfortable in terms of privacy as no one came to the garden front where the pool was located. I also received the knowledge that the pool would be defeated in the next season. If you come here, you will have a very nice peaceful holiday.

The house was incredibly beautiful, I can say that it is the best airbnb house I have ever stayed in, Ms. Seda's family lives downstairs, they are very caring, sister Üçgül cooked and served us food, she picked vegetables from the garden and gave them to us, we just had to call for whatever we needed, she has a friendly family, it was a pleasant holiday for us, thank you

in my first airbnb experience, Doruk's interest and interest may have set the bar for the host. The cleanliness location, etc. is relative, but I'm sure other potential tenants want to read what hasn't been written before. the neighbors during our stay were obviously carefully selected with care away from commercial concern. Of course, the house has a seaside or sea view or a pool, but the features it contain to meet the need for anything that matters other than these of course, there are some shortcomings that don't bother you because it's a new investment and initiative, but Mr. Doruk's interest and interest will make this facility perfect in a very short time. if your purpose of visiting the area is to see places such as Bozburun, Hisarönü, orhaneli and selimiye in order, and if your price / performance priority is your priority, you can safely rent the facility.

From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

It looks amazing in the pictures, surely it can't live that. Of it didn't, but it was pretty close. What a great host. Really happy with the quality of everything to the bed, the sofa bed, bathroom, TV, beautiful balcony, everything was great.

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

Elif’s place looked just like the photos. It may be hard to find a parking spot nearby. Also we had some problems with the wifi. But I would like to thank Elif for letting us stay with our furry friends!
