Our villa is located in a green area called Armutalan. The location is about 20 minutes away from both the beach and the town by walk. If you have access to a motorbike/car it is about 6-10 minutes to reach both of the destinations. There is a public tennis court, soccer field and a basketball court nearby (3 minutes away). The neighborhood is very quite and calming. In our villa you will find everything that will make you both satisfied and comfortable during your stay here. We want to make sure that you get the best out of your vacation. A new built 4 floor villa with 6 bedrooms and 4,5 bathrooms. The lounge/living room is connected with the kitchen where in between there is an open fire. There is a big private pool outside and a terrace where there are both tables and chairs along with sofas and more comfortable chairs. A grill is also available for barbecuing. Bedroom 1 (floor 2): includes a king size bed + private bathroom (shower+toilet) + a private balcony. Bedroom 2 (floor 2): includes a queen size bed + a private balcony (one of the biggest) Bedroom 3 (floor 2): includes a queen size bed + two private balconies. Bedroom 4 (floor 3): includes a queen size bed + a private balcony. Bedroom 5 (floor 3): includes a queen size bed + a private balcony. Bedroom 6 (floor 3): includes a single bed + a private balcony. Bathroom 1 (floor 0): includes a shower, sink, mirrors with studio lights & a toilet. Bathroom 2 (floor 1): includes a sink and a toilet. Bathroom 3 (floor 2): one of the biggest bathrooms in the villa. Includes a big shower, two connected sinks, mirrors and studio lights, a lower sink to wash your feet, a toilet and a washing machine. Bathroom 4 (floor 2): the one connected to the master bedroom. Includes a shower, toilet and a sink + mirrors and studio lights. Bathroom 5 (floor 3): includes a shower, toilet and a sink + a mirror and studio lights above. The spa (floor 0): includes a jacuzzi (water t 22-26 C), a salt room, a sauna and an “open” shower (public), toilet.
