There is a dining room, kitchen and living room downstairs. All the amenities of your home are available. The person who rents the house must fill out a lease agreement at the time of check-in.

The apartment was renovated by my architect friend. Everything is brand new and comfortable. It has an amazing view from the sea. Walking distance to Deniz and Turunç. Two large rooms ( 2 double beds) have a double Czech yacht in the living room and a double Czech yacht in the patio. It can accommodate even 8 people in total. There is a washer dryer,dishwasher,coffee maker. There is wifi and tivibu. There are TVs in every room. Air conditioners are zero. Super cozy place.

Seaside 2+1 Flat, Comfortable and Central

This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.

Our house is 1 km away from the village center and the sea There are village markets, chain markets, patisserie, restaurants, coffee houses and a pharmacy in the center. The Kizilyer coast is 1 km away, there are restaurants with family businesses and a menu consisting of seafood. The Cumhuriyet(Saranda) coast is 4 km away and there are most family-run restaurants there. We have our own boat on a daily tour on the Kizilyer coast.
