Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

It was a very nice holiday with everything. Mr. Mehmet was a very kind, caring and friendly host. The house was very nice. Everything that could be needed was in the house. 2 families are designed to accommodate very comfortably. It is located in a very nice location. It was a peaceful holiday in the forest, 10 minutes away from Ykyakaya. We would like to thank our host Mr. Mehmet and his wife for everything. Thanks to them, we felt like we were in our own home. A tasteful and beautifully planned house. The view is magnificent. You have the same magnificent view from the poolside in the garden, from the bedrooms on the ground floor, and from the living room and terrace on the upper floor. The house was very clean, and the furniture was well-maintained. The hostess Ms. Damla and her assistant Mr. Günay were both very interested. We had no problems during our stay. It was a very pleasant stay.

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. Thank you Mr. Uğur and his employees❤️

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

Great house up in the mountains above Içmeler. The road driving up the mountain is very twisty and the road in the neighborhood is rough but the house was high quality and very comfortable to stay in.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. It was a stay that met our expectations. The house is spacious and immaculately clean. All necessities and kitchen utensils are available. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is clean and large enough. It is about 1 km from Söğüt Village, and if you do not have a car, transportation is limited. Home delivery options are available.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

We had a holiday in a villa for the first time, but we regretted why we didn't do it before because it was just great, Mr. Hakan was very hospitable, he welcomed us very well, and the care they gave to the villa was magnificent, we were not missing anything, and it was too much, so we were very satisfied, I hope we will go again.
