Vacation rentals with a patio in Marmara Region

This apartment is in one of the best and most vibrant areas of Istanbul. Located in the heart of Beşiktaş, it offers easy access to public transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, ATMs, and a buzzing nightlife,all within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, and offers a unique local experience away from the overly touristy spots. The highlight is absolutely the terrace. While some reviews mention it’s smaller than expected, what they miss is that this is one of the only apartments in the entire area (outside of the nearby Conrad Hotel) with a private terrace and unobstructed views of the Bosphorus, it’s truly rare and breathtaking. Waking up to those views and winding down the day there was unforgettable. At times, it was hard to leave the apartment to go sightseeing because the space was so beautiful. Savas was an excellent host, responsive, thoughtful, and helpful whenever I had a question.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is in a fantastic location, well situated close to buzzing areas, as well as to tourist locations. The flat has everything you need for an easy stay and we had the best time in Istanbul thanks to the great recommendations left at the apartment. Couldn't recommend more, definitely book when you come to Istanbul!

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

The best host ever! They helped us with so many things throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Communication was excellent—very fast and incredibly helpful. The location is strategic, close to the metro, ferry to the European side, as well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in the future! Just a small note: 3 of the rooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, so you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs.

Ahmet was a lovely host. He was very helpful and made us feel right at home. His responses were instant to any questions we had, and he accommodated us very well! The apartment itself was beautiful, in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

We had a geeat stay in the studio. It was in a peaceful and quiet street, yet all the lively areas of Kadikoy were in just 10 minutes walking distance. Totally recommended.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

İster yaz ister kış mevsiminde aile ya da arkadaşlarla kalınıp güzel zaman geçirebilir. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

4 günlük bayram tatilimiz için kiraladık ve çok memnun kaldık. ev fotoğraftaki gibiydi evin içi, Havuz ve sa her şey çok temizdi.mutfakta olması gereken her şey mevcuttu. ayırıten Zafer beye çok teşekkür ederiz bayram olduğunu rağmen ilk geldiğimz gün gelip bizi tren istasyonundan alıp eve bıraktılar ve aynı şekil son gün bizi tren istasyonuna kadar götürdüler ve ayrica evde olduğumuz günlerde her aramamızda gelip bize her konuda yardımcı oldular harika bir tatil geçirdik ve tekrar gelmeye düşünürüz. herkese tavsiye ederim.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I booked the place to the day I checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The house itself was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort. Every corner of the property sparkled with cleanliness, which made it feel welcoming and homey right from the start. The layout was incredibly roomy, offering more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time without ever feeling cramped. The location is simply perfect. It’s conveniently situated close to all the essential amenities and attractions, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the property. Whether you’re looking to visit nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions, everything is just a short walk or drive away, which added so much convenience to our stay.💙
