House vacation rentals in Marmara Region

We were very happy with the stay. It was reassuring that Ms. Sena was always available and easy to communicate with. The house is as clean and practical as it looks. It's a great house for a fun weekend with friends. I'm sure I'll stay again

It was a beautiful and very well-maintained facility. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. The house was neat and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Also thank you for this, 🙏 we did not miss anything, everything was considered. The view from the house is already excellent. It was great to hear the birds chirping in the silence at night. It feels very far from the city, but the places where you can shop is 2 minutes away, which makes it extra convenience. We had a great time. Thanks to the host

It was a wonderful experience that we felt at home from the day we arrived until the moment we left. Everything was spotless and tidy, there were no limits to the amenities. Everything is available except personal clothing, food and drink, we are sure we will choose it again.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

nice place to stay, location is perfect and the home is better than expected

For our whole stay, we were entranced by the view from Saim's apartment. From the balcony or the sunny living room, you have a great view of the Bosphorus and all the boats coming and going. I cannot say enough about how this enhanced our stay. When we had a small problem, Saim was quick to send a repair person. He also gave recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very close to public transportation, though it is more than 200 steps up from the main street where the trams, buses and ferries are. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would certainly want to stay at Saim's place again.

A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

It was a very beautifully designed accommodation experience from beginning to end. Ideal for large families and groups of friends with its view, terrace and common area. I hope we get a chance to visit again.

The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

It was a mini holiday that we enjoyed very much, we spent 3 very peaceful days. It is a place where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea. The house is clean and tidy, the host Mr. Murat was a wonderful person with his smiling face, his advice and his help in everything we wanted, and I can't forget the fish he prepared himself... it was delicious :) It was a house that we would definitely want to go back to, thank you very much for everything.

Excellent value for money. Property is exactly as it appears in photos. It was perfectly clean and tidy and beautifully located in Yeldegirmeni, which remains the best neighbourhood we visited in Istanbul. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to others.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

First of all, I can say that it is the address of those who are looking for calmness. You can go on foot near the center. We had a good time on the terrace. The room is very clean and tastes like a family environment. It is special that you can feel at your own home. General cleaning and order were very good. We will definitely come back later. Ms. Elma is a very sweet and human host. She has a tiny dog namedika, we loved it too :) Thank you for everything.
