Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marmara Region

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. The host's amenities were full of details you wouldn't normally find in a rental home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the host for this wonderful experience.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. Mr. Harun is a very understanding and helpful person. The place was really nice, the pool was warm. Only the umbrella was broken, we needed it, but we couldn't use it. The house was as it appeared in the photos and clean. We had no problems, I would definitely recommend it.

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

It was one of our best Airbnb stays and it stuck in our memory. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said that Ms. Aylin's attention to her guests is really worth 10 stars or something. There is a room and environment where everything is thought out to the finest detail, and there are two wonderful gardens in the front and back. The staff are so polite and caring, they spoiled us with Turkish coffee, tea time, cake cookies, etc. during our stay:) Breakfast was very sufficient, we really had a stay beyond our expectations. Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

Last year, my wife ,me and my son went and were very satisfied, I sent my mother and father this year, it is a perfect place with everything, Ms. Esin and Mr. Savaş are wonderful people, so what to say, see you again 🥰

Great place to stay with reasonable price

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!
