Our spacious, sunny and cozy apartment is the right, quiet place to relax or a great starting point for wonderful beach days on the Baltic Sea. Shopping/sightseeing tours in Rostock or Stralsund are also available. Karls Erdbeerhof is very close by. Vogelpark Marlow is also just around the corner. The apartment is centrally located in the city, but still quietly in the countryside - a few meters to the harbor. A bike path leads directly around the Bodden or to the Baltic Sea beach.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. This small apartment with a bedroom, hallway and bathroom is located in the house where we live and work. About 16 km from Rostock, it is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach 26 km away or simply to relax in the tranquility of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by arrangement.
