The Snug is self-contained, connected to our family home & 7-10 minutes walk to the beautiful Market Square with plentiful pubs, eateries, & twice weekly market. Our aim is to provide quality, homely, affordable accommodation & base to explore from. Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. But no cooking.

Smithy Cottage

This cosy Grade II listed 17th century cottage is next to the village church of Campsea Ashe and is ideally located for Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, heathlands and forests, as well as Snape Maltings, Orford, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. Adjoining Smithy House and the old forge, it has lots of character with a carefully curated interior, a wood burning stove, and use of a private part of the garden. It is a 6 minute walk from the train station, the Station House Café and the village pub.

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Located in the beautiful market town of Framlingham, the house over looks the Mere of Framlingham Castle, which is a two minute walk away. A cosy comfortable two bedroom cottage, including fully functional kitchen and bathroom, smart TV and enclosed patio and decking. The cottage is also a couple of minutes walk from ‘The Hill’ which has a great selection of restaurants, shops and pubs. The popular Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within a 30 minute drive.

A very charming 4 bedroom cottage formally part of the Glemham Hall Estate. The Cottage is conveniently situated to explore the coast with a pub only steps away! Downstairs comprises of a sunny kitchen, dining room, living room, snug and shower room. Upstairs there are 4 beautiful bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful south facing garden which backs onto farmland. There is ample parking to the rear. Travel cot and high chair are available. Pooches welcome.

Pretty, secluded Suffolk cottage

This is a pretty, rustic, cosy cottage fully modernised to create a quiet, comfortable living space in a lovely rural hamlet. Although tucked away, the more touristy areas are within easy striking distance. The garden is a particular favourite with children as it is both wild and safe, with lots of wildlife. There are some lovely walks directly accessed via the back garden. The local pub has great food and is proving extremely popular with guests. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
