Chris and Heidi’s cottage is beautiful with great outdoor space and beautiful surroundings. The cottage has everything you need and the location is a short distance to the forest and the beach so you get the best of both worlds. Chris and Heidi were friendly and happy to provide recommendations. We are already thinking of going back as the area has much to offer.

Red Hare Barn

We had a lovely stay in the barn. It was peaceful, well designed and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable break with the dog. Paul and Vanessa greeted us on arrival and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great for exploring the local area. We enjoyed walks straight from our doorstep and had some great day trips to Southwold, Aldeburgh, Sizewell beach (great for dogs), Dunwich, Snape and Framlingham. We would happily stay again and definitely recommend.

Private studio in a quiet garden

DianeRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Our stay at the Old Post Office was great. The accommodation was immaculate set in a very peaceful and beautiful garden. The location was a great base, as nothing was to far away. The breakfast was a very nice touch, and perfect to give you a start to the day. Julie was an excellent host offering just the right amount of interaction and gave good advice on places to visit and eat. As there are no cooking facilities I would have preferred a sofa in place of the table and 4 chairs. But on saying that I have a very relaxing stay and would stay here again.

Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with large garden

KarenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved the location. It was easy to get from there to Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Framlingham, and even drive up to Scotland. The parking allowed to vehicles. It is a bit of a blind spot so just be careful pulling out. The garden was wonderful to sit and look at the flowers and birds. The large folding door with windows at the dining room/kitchen (overlooking the back garden) was great! The kitchen was well stocked, even with condiments, etc. The living room was very comfortable. The stairs are steep, and there is no railing on the top half...so a bit difficult for older individuals. Shops such as the Coop, post office, and fish and chips were within easy walking distance. We loved the place and wished we had booked it for longer.
An expansive bedroom features exposed wooden beams against a bright white backdrop. A spacious bed is adorned with soft linens, while a cozy sitting area includes a day bed and decorative pillows. A soothing green blanket lies over the bed, with natural light streaming through a nearby window.

Rose Cottage & wild swimming pond

LauraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We’ve stayed in lots of AirBnBs but Rose Cottage has got to be the best! It's a newly refurbished cottage and we were lucky to be the first to stay in it since it's reopening. Absolutely pristine, wonderfully put together decor and lots of thoughtful touches that made it really special - including a very lovely welcome hamper and beautiful organic toiletries to use. The whole place smelt divine! Beautiful private garden as well as huge grounds to roam around in, including an amazing swimming pond - we dived straight in on a scorching day. Pauline and Mat were was the loveliest of hosts and really made our time there feel very relaxed. They were on hand if you needed them but unobtrusive if you want to be left to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Very easy to get to the coast to explore but you may not want to leave the cottage! We all absolutely loved it and will be back.
