Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The holiday hut "Auszeit", lovingly renovated by us, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours for two. On the huge terrace with beautiful views, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can let it go and forget the world. We have placed special emphasis on high-quality & comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

The apartment 55 qm on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor, 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor),kitchen , shower / WC , terrace in front of the house . Dogs by arrangement .

Currently: The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance in the courtyard accessible from the outside. Contactless key handover possible. The Wenkheimer Hof individual monument is located in the historic old town of Iphofen. In the courtyard of the building from the 16th century, a spacious and open-plan apartment (65 square meters) awaits you over two floors. The entrance is on the first floor.

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!

Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
