In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen Küche, einem Essbereich sowie einem Zugang auf den Balkon. I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
