In addition to the large bathroom with shower AND bathtub, there is a guest toilet for guests, under the wooden parquet there is underfloor heating and the design kitchen offers everything you need. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Das Apartment ist vollständig eingerichtet für 2 Personen. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum von Markranstädt am Stadtpark. Hier finden sich viele Geschäfte, sowie eine Tankstelle, Platz zum Ausruhen und ein sehr guter Badesee. Vom Haus aus erreicht man 2 Autobahnen in 5 Minuten (A9 und A38), sowie eine weitere innerhalb von 10 Minuten (A14). Sie sind so sehr zentral in der Region Mitteldeutschland gelegen. Leipzig Zentrum erreicht man ohne Auto auch mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von 20 Minuten.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
