This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

The property was just as described, spotless on arrival and located in a quiet street with views of the vineyard. Bedrooms are all a good size, front room, dining area and kitchen are all open plan so feels spacious. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. The pool is very secluded surrounded so felt really private. Tatjana was always available for any questions we had and replied in good time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice chilled getaway.

The house consists of an apartment with a large and functional kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight, however, is definitely the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The hosts are very kind and always available. The area, a small village in the beautiful Istrian countryside, is a perfect base for visiting the area's main tourist attractions. In a word, if you are in the area, do not hesitate to contact Kristina for the apartment. This is a real gem. We'll be back!

Very friendly welcome from Zlatko and Sonia. Beautiful cottage, very complete and lovely garden with swimming pool. They gave us good tips for shopping and restaurants and also a delicious bottle of rose from a nearby winemaker. We had a very nice time and felt very welcome. Well worth it, everything in Istria is well accessible and the house is a nice base. The cottage itself is wonderful to chill, very nicely suited for 2 people and very completely furnished. Thank you Zlatko and Sonia!

We spent a month at Ariana's place. The place is extraordinarily cozy, the furniture and appliances are all new and modern. There is a courtyard and a parking space. Comfortable bed and large comfortable sofa on the third floor. We had a wonderful stay. Great internet. Fully suitable for remote work. Ariana is a wonderful host. We checked in on our own. There were no issues checking in. Ariana was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. Very quite, peaceful and safe location. I can confidently recommend this place for short and long term stays.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Very charming house and well equipped. A lot of cozy stuff makes the house so cute. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and basic stuff in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. You are in touch with all the places around but still in calm area out of the crowds.
