Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.
