It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Discount stores and cafes are only about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station with connections to trains and buses can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

In principle, there are 2 bedrooms with large beds and the comfortable couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired!

Lemon tree room - private bathroom

This is our beloved lemon tree room with more than 400 reviews, but with private bathroom and none else in the apartment, because we will be traveling. It’s a clean, cozy and spacious room (23m2) with a king size bed, fridge and fan in a typical Berliner Altbau, next to the East Side Gallery and between Berlin’s trendiest hoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and F-hain, but in a quiet area. The bathroom is in front of the room. There is no kitchen.

Lakeside home with playground, fireplace & hot tub

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
