This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The vacation home 1+2 is located on a private property of 1000 m². The cottages have an area of approximately 43 m². The beach is about 50 m away. Restaurants are very close by: Greek about 50 m, German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy are about 600 m away. To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
