Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

A true oasis, this 2,300 sq. ft home, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths, ping pong/TV rooms, and is nestled on two private acres in Mariposa. The property features a back yard with a beautiful swimming pool, deck, gas barbecue, and umbrella shaded outdoor dining table. The large paved parking area is great for basketball, skateboarding or pedaling small bikes around (bring your own).

This 1940's, clean with modern amenities house, is nicely situated in the historic, gold rush town of Mariposa. The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!

This space is perfect for a couples getaway! (Our cottage is a studio style cottage)
