Our stylish newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a century-old building in the city center offers to the guests the full range of modern facilities combined with the charm of the historic italian architecture. The apartment boasts a balcony with side sea view, air conditioning in each room, a working place, a kitchen (with microwave oven and nespresso coffee machine) and bathroom with shower and bidet. Laundry service and late check-in are available for our guests free of charge.

The villa is located in a quiet and serene countryside area 15 minutes from the Apulian capital and 20 minutes from the sea. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces and the location. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. In the villa, there is a couple of caretakers and my parents in different apartments

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
