Vacation rentals with a kayak in Marion

The house was as described and located in a very pretty, residential neighborhood. Comfortable for 5 adults, very clean and well equipped. A short walk took us to the pond. It was very peaceful with mallards and a couple of swans. Would rent this house again.

10/10 stay!! The cottage sits on a beautiful pond. We came during a rainy weekend so we stayed mainly inside. We turned on the electric fireplace & put on a movie. It was so cozy. Once the rain let up, we went outside and used the outdoor fireplace! So peaceful. Everything else you’d need, you are only a short drive from a cvs & grocery store. Melissa is a great host. We really appreciate how quick she responded with any minor concern we had. We look forward to more future stays at the cottage!

Beautiful home and the beach was gorgeous, lived using the provided kayaks and the couch is extremely comfortable.

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

I loved my stay at Arianna and Tara’s place. Everything was so thoughtful and mindful including the soothing music that was playing upon arrival. A and T’s Airbnb was an example of how great an Airbnb can be. Five stars!!

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites!! The pictures don’t even show how absolutely stunning this house is. It was immaculately clean with so many little extras that it made it the perfect house to stay in for an extended time. The neighborhood was great and so close to the cape which was geeat for day trips. We will definitely be staying again if we don’t purchase property in the area because we loved it so much!

Thank you Brian we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and so many amenities. The rooms are large and everything was so neat and clean. The open floor plan allowed us to sit and watch TV as well as cook in that beautiful gourmet kitchen. We will be back!

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. Beautifully decorated and appointed cottage, with a cozy peaceful vibe and a view of a tranquil pond! Adorable, quiet neighbourhood! Victoria was a wonderful, helpful and responsive host. I definitely recommend this place…I had a great time. Thank you!

Monica's place was perfect for what we needed! The place was nice and clean and it was a huge bonus to have an in unit laundry as well. Location was great and was an easy drive to Hyannis where we ferried to Nantucket for a day. She was communicative throughout the check in process and it was very easy! Would definitely stay again for future trips out to Cape Cod!

This was our second time staying at Peyton's Place and probably not the last! We love the homey, beachy vibe of the house. We can imagine all the family memories there. There's plenty to walk to and keep two teen girls entertained... the kayaks are much appreciated. Just steps to the beach makes it easy to pop home for lunch or go to beach for an evening walk. There's a new shop in town that I highly recommend... Tide and True. Stephanie is a very responsive and helpful host.

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Highly recommend visiting this cottage! Thank you, Sloane!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding down the road. Kevin’s place was more than we were expecting! It was perfect! Clean and spacious. We will be keeping this top of our list for places to stay when on the Cape!
