Welcome to our newly updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Marion, MA, situated on a quiet, dead-end street. At the end of our road is a small private tidal beach on Sippican Harbor, perfect for boating, fishing, & swimming. The cottage has an open layout, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit, and large picnic table. Ideal for exploring Cape Cod, Providence, and Newport, and only an hour and a half from Boston. A tranquil & relaxing retreat for a small family or group of friends.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. This newly renovated studio is located in the heart of Marion village within walking distance of Tabor Academy, and downtown. The 800 sq. feet space is light and open with cathedral ceiling, skylights, a ceiling fan and AC. It features a brand new kitchen (w. washer/dryer), bathroom (w. radiate heat), sectional sofa, TV, Netflix, WiFi and queen size bed on the main floor as well as a loft with two twin beds. Rental also includes beach pass, beach chairs, towels and bike usage.

We are a short walk to the beach & village, decorated with local art available for sale. Lower level/ finished basement opening onto a greenhouse & separate entrance. We just added a new Queen hybrid mattress with memory foam topper. There is in addition 1 twin bed, a private full bathroom, a separate sitting area, and a small but well stocked kitchenette. There are 2 smart TV's - one in the bedroom & one in the sitting area.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
