Beach access is directly across the road and Innes National Park is a 5 minute drive away, short walk to the town centre. 4 bedrooms, 1 king size bed, 2 queen size and a double bunk with one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Large front deck for dining and just sitting and watching the ocean and a smaller deck off the back for when the wind blows. Only natural scrub on one side and no neighbours on the other.

It is situated opposite a reserve, 200m walking distance to the two main beaches, with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the house that cuts through directly to the popular penguin point beach. There is also a great Tavern with sea views and a General Store with bakery, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel.

The Klein Pod - Relax, Unwind and Explore

The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.

This cottage is situated on the edge of "Innes National Park" on the Yorke Peninsula. It is a two bedroom home which is well suited to one couple or a small family. A maximum of x4 adults (2 couples) or a family with x2 adults & x2 children. Linen is NOT supplied, you will need sheets, towels, tea towel, bath mat. (quilts, pillows & blankets are at the house)
