Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in the downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
