Our stay at Lamia di Paolo was shortly said perfect. The villa was exactly like described in the pictures. It was great size for three couples, but also four would have managed. The owner was kind and friendly and sent clear instructions and some hinta beforehand. Olga, who welcomed us was warm, helpful and extremely kind and sweet. It was easy to reach her when ever needed. The garden was amaxing too. The words cannot tell how beautiful it was both in the evening and in the morning. We really enjoyed the surrounding of olive trees. The pool area was kept clean daily. It was easy to reach all the cities nearby. It is good to know that you need to have a car when being here. Thank you for such an amazing holiday Puglia and Lamia di Paolo offered us❤️

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Everything Perfect and magical

We spend 7 days in this beautiful, peaceful place. The house was ready clean and look like to photos. Location was perfect only full minutes to Alberobello and Locorotondo with great restaurant to choose from. We will definitely stay in this beautiful place again, hopefully very soon.

Perfect base to explore the region! The property was clean, comfortable and the pool/ outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and cooling down after a day exploring. Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

A terrific getaway with very comfy apartment and excellent amenities. Easy entry and exit. Certainly a place you would need a car for given location but the freedom to explore all parts of Puglia was invaluable. Nothing was far away, supermarket in Locorotondo no more than 10 minutes drive away. The pool area was superb. Spacious and calm among the olive trees. No problem sharing with other guests. We will definitely recommend and plan to return when it's possible.

Luciana and Dodi are wonderful hosts, very available and gave us a very warm welcome. Provisions such as olive oil, a product of the personal farm, almonds, coffee and other items were available upon arrival. Our cottage was an old barn restored with great authenticity in which we felt good as soon as we entered. It is impeccably clean and is quietly located among the olive trees with sea views. It's a cottage that I would recommend without hesitation to people who choose this destination. Thank you for all you do. Catherine and Frédéric

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in a lost paradise of the Itria Valley! I had studied several options and this one was the best for the extremely central location, 10 minutes from Ostuni, and within reasonable distance of the main sights. This small house in the middle of nature has a great charm. While it must be perfect in summer, it is also perfect in winter, thanks to the wood stove that allows you to live around a real fireplace. It's a bit rustic (you have to relight the fire in the morning when you wake up), but it's exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to the kindness of James (who took care of buying the wood for us), we were able to enjoy his home in the best conditions. Very well-equipped house. So I would highly recommend it!

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Simona's place is such a nice peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of exploring towns and cities. You hear birds chirping all day and Simona is such a friendly host that gives you everything you need but also makes sure you have privacy to just relax.

An absolute dream! This beautifully modernized trulli house is quietly and idyllically located outside Martina Franca and yet you are in the center in a few minutes. The location is perfect for relaxing while exploring the charming town and surrounding area. The house itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail – stylish, high quality and very thoughtful. You notice right away: Everything has been thought of here! It really lacks nothing and you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The property is large and well maintained, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. A special thank you goes to Nathalie, the host – she is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. You can immediately feel how much passion she puts into this special place. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a special, authentic and at the same time comfortable break in Apulia, this is the place to be!

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

Pier is a wonderful host . He was very helpful as we were trying to find rent a car for reasonable price . His apartment was spotless , very clean and we felt like at home .
