Waterfront vacation rentals in Marina Grande

We had an incredible time staying at Andrea’s place. He was super helpful in meeting us and helping us bring luggage up to the apartment. The view was beyond beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure he showed us everything in the kitchen and all the amenities we could use. His family was very friendly and we loved the terrace. Being able to do laundry was a huge bonus. The location couldn’t have been better; we were right in the middle of the square and the apartment overlooks the port of Amalfi. Very easy for ferry access and getting something to eat. Would definitely recommend!!

First on my review, I wanted to thank Stefano and his unbelievably helpful family in helping us with a very arduous journey from the airport to their beautiful home. If they offer the ride from the airport and back, by all means, take it. The taxis and Uber drivers probably won't be able to get you to the house reliably, as it's deep in Sorrento, right next to the water, and as we found out in Rome and Florence, the ZTL's create extra difficulty getting to your location. Don't leave it to chance and have to walk on cobblestone for a half mile. The house: situated in a quiet area, immediately adjacent to downtown. You can walk just one block and you're at the shops. Amazing food and lemon-themed-EVERYTHING nearby. It is a short, peaceful walk to the docks where you can catch the freshest seafood and boat rides to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, and all the other beautiful towns. We'll be back.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Valentina’s home!!! From the time she & her nephew Fernando greeted us and showed us around the apartment, we felt like we were visiting w/old friends!!! The home is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished & decorated, comfortable, safe and so convenient to Marina Grande (right out the door of the building) and up to Sorrento!!! She messaged us once settled to make sure we had all we needed, was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had during our stay, and even booked us a private driver (Allesandro Mario who is both a knowledgeable tour guide of the region as driver – be sure to ask Valentina to connect you w/him if you need transport) to take us to Naples upon our departure. We highly recommend booking Valentina’s home for a stay - she is a lovely person who is clearly committed to ensuring a wonderful vacation in her home - we will definitely be back to book with her again!!!!

this was probably one of my all time fav airbnbs that i ever stayed at. luigi was amazing, the apartment was overlooking a beautiful garden and all you ever heard was the birds. 12/15 minute was from the train, 1 train stop only from sorrento downtown where all the shuttle boats are. the sunsets were glorious from the patio! i just loved it. would love to come back.

Great views from the balcony. Right on the water with a ton of restaurant options. Very spacious. A little difficult getting in and up the elevator but once we figured it out was very easy.

Very well-equipped, comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent location . I recommend it.

Esther’s Airbnb was perfect for our Positano trip! Esther was very responsive when we had questions (some of which was already in instructions she provided ahead of time oops haha) and she still was willing to help! The Airbnb was perfect and had great amenities including shower gel, shampoo, etc. We loved her local recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend this place as it’s very close to the bus stop! (You need to use the bus to go down to the main area of Positano- do not try walking unless you want to do 30+ flights of stairs haha)

We had a great time in the small apartment overlooking the sea. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea from the bed is really great. Iryna is a super host who responds quickly to questions. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Cozy accommodation in an ideal location on the idyllic island of Procida. We loved sitting on the patio, looking out at the sea and watching the relaxing hustle and bustle of Marina Corricella.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

Everything was great as described! Sylvia was very responsive and unit was very clean.

We had the best time staying at Casa Francesca. It’s just far enough from the center of Positano to feel peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and the main beach in ten minutes. The absolute best part? The private beach. While the main beaches in Positano were packed, we had this beautiful little spot all to ourselves—complete with beach chairs and kayaks. It was a dream! The Airbnb itself was so cute, with little garden areas and amazing views from the windows and terrace. The kitchen even had welcome snacks, drinks, and a Nespresso machine, which was such a nice touch. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming! They were also quick to respond and helpful when we had questions. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Positano!

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

This was my second time in Naples. My goal was to find a location to say that was at the heart of everything but was also quiet and clean. This apartment was PERFECT for this. I was able to walk to all the main attractions and easily take the ferry’s for day trip (walking distance to main port) and come home to a peaceful, spacious, and clean apartment. The only warning I have is the stairs to the top- but honestly I welcomed it because it justified all the great food I was eating.

Raffaele's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A beautiful courtyard welcomed us with a super friendly doorman, as it still exists in the beautiful buildings in Naples today. We were able to deposit our luggage with him (you have to pay a little) and were already able to walk through the beautiful streets of Naples without any problems and without luggage. The check-in worked very well and we were then able to take over the beautiful and well-maintained apartment. We felt right at home. Raffaele was always available to us for any info. You can walk very quickly to the most beautiful alleys and sights of Naples, the subway is right in front of the house. Everything you need for a longer stay was available in the apartment. We will definitely come back and will be happy to recommend Raffaele's Bijou. Thank you Raffaele, we were allowed to stay in your nice apartment. A presto

Leonardo was an excellent host, he was very quick to respond and help us with everything we needed. He also allowed us to leave our bags before check in, and helped us carry them up the stairs! The location was wonderful, very walkable around the island and 2 mins from the port. The apartment itself is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the little balcony was perfect to sit out on in the evenings. We had a lovely time staying here :)

We had a wonderful time at Roberta’s place. The location is incredible, and the house is spacious and has everything you might need. As other people have mentioned, you can hear the music from Il Pirata next door at night - for us this was only an issue on the Saturday night when they had a party. Roberta gave us lots of excellent recommendations, we will definitely be back!

When so many places on or near the Amari Coast are over crowded Salvatore’s place is a perfect place to find peace and enjoy your vacation. There are plenty of restaurants and a mini market that has anything you need right there. Our family enjoyed the homemade gelato there in Nerano at least once a day. The air conditioning upstairs works great to keep you cool on a hot summers night and the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. We were able to catch a ferry from the dock to Almalfi and Positano, this was similar to an excursion where it took you and allotted 3 hours and 2 hours at each destination, which was perfect to see it and then escape the crowds back to the quiet beaches in Nerano. The boat got you there in less than an hour where a car would take you 2-3+ hours. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to that region of Italy.
