Porta tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio con tanto spazio per divertirsi! L'alloggio si trova distante a soli 150 mt dal mare con vista su di esso! A soli 300 m dall'appartamento vi sono "Le sorgenti di Torre Vado". Nei dintorni vi sono Minimarket, tabacchi, bar, ristoranti, area giochi per bambini e ragazzi, lungomare e spiaggia. La spiaggia è sia libera e sia attrezzata. In 5 minuti in auto (10 min a piedi in riva al mare) potete raggiungere le fantastiche Le Maldive del Salento

Appartamento a Torre Vado, 200 metri dal mare. La zona e' ben fornita di sumerpercati, ristoranti, rosticcerie, edicola, intrattenimenti per bambini, lidi attrezzati, chioschi ma anche spiaggia libera. Si puo' facilmente raggiunge a piedi sia la parte di scogliera bassa, sia la costa sabbiosa. L'appartmaneto si articola in 2 piani. La parte superiore: cucina-soggiono, 1 camera e 1 bagno. Parte inferiore 2 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera + un altro bagno. Ampia terrazza parcheggio gratuito.

La proprietà si trova a circa due chilometri dalle bellissime spiagge di Pescoluse e dal porto di Torre Vado. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato, è stata ricavata in un'antica liama completamente ristrutturata nel rispetto della sua natura. La camera ha in dotazione un pouf che può ospitare una terza persona. Uscendo all'esterno, subito affiancata alla camera da letto, vi è la cucina con angolo cottura, anch'essa ricavata dell'antica cucina della liama. Vi è un secondo bagno con doccia.

Welcome to Casa Claudia, a comfortable and elegant house, perfect for holidays and for smartworking. Located very close to the sea but in a quiet position, on a square with a green wood in front of. The apartment is large, with a queen mattress room (with the possibility to add a crib) and two bedrooms with bunkbeds. There's a big equipped kitchen and a living room with the TV. The external space has a table and a big umbrella. If you require Wi-Fi, we will recommend a nearby centre.
