Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marina di Ginosa

The apartment is as described, very clean. The welcome is very friendly. Breakfast (free) is very hearty. Good bedding. The small town has a very beautiful abbey, we meet people who say "hello", a rather rare thing these days. Great stay, thanks to our host.

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

Nino was a wonderful host and the apartment was great. Located in a lovely secluded spot in the old town, a few minutes from the cathedral, and about a 5/10 minute walk from the nearest paid parking. It was clean and had everything we needed, and Nino gave us some recommendation and vouchers for free pastries and coffees at a cafe next to the cathedral which was such a nice gesture! I would absolutely recommend this place, can’t fault it

I have booked this apartament 24h before arriving and have to admit that I wouldnt be able to find anything better. Flexible check in hours, cozy and comfy apartament with really unique style, friendly and proactive host - 100% recommend to everyone!

What a fantastic little jewel in the middle of Alborobello. It’s situated within a few minutes of all the wonders of the town, including some great restaurants and superb views of all the trulli. The vouchers to get a breakfast coffee and pastry at a local cafe were unexpected but very much welcome bonus! It was clean, stylish and comfortable and the kids loved it as much as we did. My only comment is take some earplugs if the sounds of regular church bells bother you, as the beautiful church is very close and it chimes regularly- it wasn’t an issue for us thankfully. I highly recommend this place, it was perfect!

We spent three days in this charming and welcoming cave on the Laterza ravine, in a part of the town suspended in time and space. Marco is a very kind and helpful person and the accommodation is clean, original and generously equipped for guests' needs. Highly recommended ❤️

Annamaria receives you personally and is very accurate in the instructions. He is also available to give advice and is very friendly and helpful. A beautiful experience. The house is perfectly soundproofed and has ceilings so high that it is difficult for it to get too hot, even without turning on the air conditioner. There are mosquito nets and you can sleep with the windows open in summer, as there are adjustable shields. In front, there is a well-stocked supermarket, and the bus stop that leaves from the Central Station.

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. It’s not an issue in comparison to the Magic’s

Luciano is awesome, the apartment is awesome, and Matera is awesome. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute! The view of the Sassi from the small balcony is something we spent hours enjoying and will never forget. It was fun to stay in a cave and yet enjoy modern amenities. Luciano left us great reading material about Matera and made excellent recommendations for food and sight seeing. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are lucky enough to come to Italy again. Thank you, Luciano, for giving us the opportunity to experience such a magical place.

Beautiful vacation not only for the beautiful places we got to know but also for the kindness and availability of Mr. Giovanni who welcomed us in a wonderful way. We have been traveling for a lifetime and there are really very few people who care about the vacation of their guests. Excellent experience, very central location in the tourist area, very helpful host for clarifications, right advice regarding the parking space, clean and working bathtub, the host also helped in explaining how the bathtub works. Very clean and tidy room, kitchen and bathroom, wide choice for breakfast (both fridge and non-fridge). Highly recommended

Very nice apartment where we had a nice stay, in the city center but quiet in a small cul-de-sac, two beautiful bedrooms, small downside the small terrace is upstairs, Rosita and Paolo are very welcoming and responsive hosts, I recommend it 100%!

We had a great stay in Matera. Mikele and Nicola’s place is easy walking distance to Sassi, and to great restaurants. We’ve stayed in many airbnb and this was, without a doubt, the best equipped when everything you could need, including a plentiful assortment of food, coffee, tea, fruits and drinks. Check in was so easy - Mikele found free parking for us nearby and helped carry our suitcases up to the unit. He was friendly , helpful and proactive with restaurant recommendations. He showed us how to make coffee and provided a helpful tour of the unit. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is small but has character and charm:) If you are looking for something in the middle of the city, it fits perfectly. Finding a parking space was a little difficult on the weekend, but we always found something. We felt comfortable!

Can I give her 10 stars? I LOVED the apartment and how comfortable, clean and homey it felt. Liliana was more than the perfect host. She brought the best croissants I’ve had so far in Italy. The place was squeaky clean, new, beautiful. Best Airbnb of my stay here. The coffee shop around the corner is awesome and there is also a supermarket. Liliana had yogurt and water in the fridge, and also coffee pods. But with that bar around the corner, who wants to make their own coffee? She deserves high marks. Best host, best place. Hands down.

This was the best stay of our trip. It's a wonderfully renovated stone farmhouse with comfort and charm. Laura kept it SUPER well stocked with all kinds of breakfast foods and snacks and even brought some amazing homemade focaccia. Laura and her mother were always friendly for conversation in the mornings, and Laura was responsive on WA and gave recommendations in the area. Fantastic value and perfect if you want a masseria/agristurismo stay that's personal and private.

Very comfortable accommodation, a stone's throw from the main square, ideal for resting after traveling Matera far and wide. Michela was extremely kind, she gave me a lot of useful tips on where to go. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony of the room, with homemade jams and frisella with tomatoes. If I had to go back to Matera, I would definitely choose Michela's room again!
